Sustainable Water & Energy Solutions for Better Living

Aquaview Engineering Kenya Ltd successfully implemented the borehole equipping, solarization, and hybridization of a water supply system for Emenwa Primary School in Kisii County.

The project involved the supply, installation, and commissioning of a solar-powered water pumping system designed to deliver 1.4 m³/hour at a head of 100 meters, ensuring a reliable and sustainable water supply for the school and its surrounding community.

Key system components included:

  • Dayliff DSP1-20 0.75kW pump with motor and control box
  • Dayliff SV3 1.5kW single-phase Sunverter (solar inverter)
  • 8 x 200W Dayliff monocrystalline solar panels
  • Borehole cover with adaptor, water meter, disconnect switch, and cabling
  • Ground-mounted solar structure
  • Lightning arrestors
  • Installation accessories and full system testing

The scope also included:

  • Labour, installation, and mobilization

Annual servicing for one year (four scheduled maintenance visits)
